  1. It seems you forgot about rosin which is pressed from the bud and you mentioned tinctures which are not a concentrate but often have some concentrate in them which isn't very potent in most cases. Also there are distillates which are the strongest concentration of THC and CBD.

  2. RSO is not CBD oil, it's just decarboxylated hash oil. Simpson used to stubbornly only refer to cannabis as 'hemp' and it confused a lot of people into thinking his oil didn't have THC in it.
